Storm Fettuccine

Ingredients

  • Your choice of clams (we used Cloudy Bay Clams Storm shell)
  • Pasta (we used fresh fettuccine)
  • 1/2 Cup of Cream
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • Seasoning
  • Tomatoes

Directions

  1. Steam the clams in their shells until the shells open up. Take the clams out but leave the juices
  2. Scoop the clam meat out of the shells and dice.
  3. In the same pan add finely chopped garlic and cream
  4. Once simmering, add the el dente pasta and stir through for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add parsley, spring onion, clam meat and seasoning to taste.
  6. Serve with quartered cherry tomatoes.
